What would be the specific cancellation & rescheduling rules on presentation preparation services, tutoring/teaching services, and cover letter/resume writing appointments?
Reserving tutoring/presentation preparation/cover letter services at least 24 hours in advance would start at $25 pricing.
Requests for tutoring/presentation preparation/cover letter services within 24 hours would start at $30.
On demand same-day tutoring/presentation preparation/cover letter services start at $35 per hour and will increase based on the complexity of the topic matter covered.
Cancellations & rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance would be free.
Cancellations and/or rescheduling within 24 hours would incur a 50% charge of the base tutoring price & invoiced (however, there are exceptions due to emergencies, see below)*
No-show without any communication would be invoiced full-price.
*Last minute cancellations & rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance due to family, medical, or unforeseen emergencies: please use contact form and describe in detail the situation to avoid cancellation charges. I will work with you to reschedule the appointment!
If I am not able to pay for the services at the time of appointment, what are the options?
We will email you an invoice with a direct link for payment after the services are performed.
Any payment installation plans you offer [e.g. across 3-6 months]?
We would be glad to work with you on individual basis to arrange payments across a few months (invoiced directly via email).
Which web conferencing software do you typically use?
Tai Teaches LLC prefers to use Zoom. However, please contact us in advance if you prefer to use Microsoft Teams or WebEx as the web conferencing tool of choice, we will work with you!

Which payment methods are accepted?
For invoice payments & direct purchases on the website: we accept various types of payment methods! That includes VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and US Bank Account.
Other forms of payments accepted includes: Diners Club, JCB, AfterPay
